We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of machinery and vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles and machinery, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanics are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving vehicle repairs.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm

Pay:
£15.00-£18.00 per hour depending on experience (negotiable)
