Job Description

As a Demolition Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in managing our demolition projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple demolition projects simultaneously, from planning and initiation to execution and closure.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations managed, and any issues resolved promptly.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication, strong teamwork, and high productivity.
- Budget & Contract Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting contractual obligations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate staff, equipment, and materials to optimise project efficiency and timelines.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly report on project status, including timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones, to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing demolition projects, ideally in a similar contracts management role.
- Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communications and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience in contract management and negotiation.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Full, clean driving licence.
